Years ago, I decided to learn React. At the time, I took a hands-on course to learn the basics of the framework and built a prototype for a restaurant as a capstone project. I've long forgotten what that initial site looked like, but soon after, I was searching for an internship and made the first version of this site to show to prospective employers. That prototype helped me land my first internship and, subsequently, my first job. It also helped me feel a bit more confident in my skills while I was just starting out.
Since then, I've had the opportunity to work on production-level applications, tackling real-world challenges and honing my skills as a developer. I've decided to include this prototype here for nostalgic reasons as it reminds me of where I started and how much I've grown. While it may not reflect the complexity of my current work, it serves as a testament to the journey I've taken and the foundations I built early on.
